Program description. P1padel Group Inc ("P1 Padel") sends SMS
messages relating to court bookings, memberships, coaching,
programs and events, plus occasional promotional offers, to
customers who have opted in.
How to opt in. You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box
when creating an account or making a booking at p1padel.com or
book.p1padel.com, by completing an enquiry or event form, or by
providing your mobile number in person at the club and consenting
to receive messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your
bookings, membership and account activity.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. P1 Padel does not charge
for SMS messages; your mobile carrier may.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving
messages. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages
unless you opt back in.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or
undelivered messages.
Supported carriers. Message delivery is supported on major US
carriers, but delivery is not guaranteed on all carriers.
